TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Our rates are per suite per night including breakfast and all taxes
• We welcome children aged 12 and over
• A deposit of 50% will secure your reservation
• The balance of accommodation is payable on your arrival day
• To secure bookings made within 14 days of arrival, the full amount of the stay is payable
• Should you shorten your stay with us the full amount of the stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged

• 40 days or less prior to your arrival date are non-refundable
• 14 days or less prior to your arrival date, the full amount of the stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged
• Refunds and waiver of cancellation are at the discretion of the management and the ability to re-let the room
